Registration Information 

Full Two Day Conference Fee - Early Bird Rate
Conference Fee AFTER July 2

We have a new registration process - here is what you need to do to register:  

  1. Click on the green image below to be taken to the registration site.
  2. View the event information and click: Add to Cart
  3. Click: Sign In
  4. Click: Create Profile under the New Customer heading (or enter your login information in the Returning Customer area if you have already created a profile)
  5. Create your profile.  Please note a unique email address is required in order to register, you cannot use one email address to register more than one person.
  6. Click: Checkout and pay your registration fee
  7. You will receive a receipt via the email address you listed

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after your registration has been processed with payment.

Your Fee Includes the Following

  • Instruction from national and local experts
  • Continuing education hours and contact hours (pending approval)
  • Access to the exhibitor showcase
  • Access to handout/supplemental materials
  • Admittance to the Immunization Awards Luncheon
  • Continental breakfasts, lunches and breaks

Cancellations & Substitutions

Cancellations can be made by clicking on and completing this withdrawal form (you will need your confirmation email receipt number to complete the process).

If the cancellation notice is received by July 2, you will be refunded your registration fee minus a $35 processing fee.

No refunds will be given AFTER July 2. Substitutions can be accommodated by contacting UND Conference Services.
