Who Can Reserve Space?
Student organizations and University departments are permitted to use space on campus in most facilities free of charge. There may be a nominal fee for use of some equipment and in some instances a labor fee and/or after hours charges may be assessed.
Scheduling & Event Services coordinates the use of:
Meeting, conference, and event rooms
Room reservations and academic buildings
Assistance with program planning
Swanson Hall conference rooms
Equipment and technology in the Union
Main lounge table space in the Union

Equipment and Technology
Scheduling & Event Services offers a variety of equipment available for use in the Memorial Union. Equipment currently available by request include: built-in sound systems, microphones, LCD projectors and screens in our large meeting/event spaces. Our small meeting spaces include 65" LED Monitors and/or Projector/Smart board combo. Additional equipment include: podiums, conference phone, staging, white boards, easels/sign stands, extension cords, TV/VCR/DVD units, specialized cabling, and table and stage skirting. Memorial Union Meeting Rooms
The Union has several meeting rooms with capacities between 12–700. A list of rooms, capacities and availability can be found in the Event Portal. Additionally, we have started routing reservation requests for our larger spaces directly to our most experienced staff to ensure the highest levels of customer service.
