Changes to the annual operating revenue and expenditures must be submitted using a Budget Journal.
Beginning January 1, 2018, the Budget Journal will be submitted using an eForm within Perceptive Content. Paper/email forms will no longer be accepted.

Use the Budget Journal eForm User Request Form to request access for new users, change roles for current users, or remove users that have left the department.
Changes to the Department Budget Table must be submitted using a Position Funding Form
Send completed forms to the Budget Office, Stop 8233. Emailed forms are not accepted.
The final character of a combo code indicates the account to which salary will post. The following table is provided as a quick reference for the characters used, and the respective accounts and account descriptions.
